The Apostrophe

The apostrophe might seem like a mundane punctuation mark, but it is actually a very important thing. If it is used incorrectly, the whole meaning of a word can change. There are some important rules that need to be used for it. An apostrophe is used to indicate possession. For a singular noun that does not end in s, add an ‘s. A good example for that would be, Victoria’s aunt is kind and generous.
