Summer break is here and the last thing high school students want to think about is preparing for the dreaded SAT and ACT tests that will determine their suitability by college boards across the land. They want to kick back, relax and chill. Believe it or not they can do both at the same time.
Doing enjoyable things like reading a book, doing crossword puzzles and baking cookies helps to grow your vocabulary and cognitive skills, solve basic puzzles that inevitably show up in SAT and ACT tests, and use applied math. See? It can be used in everyday life. Who knew? Your kids won’t even know they’re learning on their time off.
